In 2015 SODIC acquired 420,000 sqm of land on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast. SODIC’s vision was for a calm,

relaxed community focusing on nature, green landscapes and the soothing influence of the dazzling azure sea:

a haven of tranquility for those who seek peace and who wish to escape the hustle, bustle and commercialisation
